We offer cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) for children and adolescents with anxiety, mood, anger and other emotional regulation difficulties. CBT is an evidence-based intervention, which is tailored to each individual’s needs. Clients’ learn to identify, challenge and change the thoughts, attitudes and beliefs related to the emotional and behavioural reactions that cause them difficulty.
