Sessions and assessments are booked by appointment only. 

Please email us at info@growingmindsto.ca for an appointment. If you are a new client, please email us to book a free 15 minute consultation to initiate services. We aim to respond to all new inquiries within 48 hours. 

We follow the guidelines set out by the College of Psychologists of Ontario for suggested fees. Please contact us for more details. 

Yes, if you have extended health insurance for services provided by a registered psychologist, we will issue you a receipt to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. 

If you need to cancel an appointment, please let us know 24 hours before your appointment is scheduled. If you miss your appointment or do not notify us within 24 hours, you’ll be required to pay the full cost of the session. 

Yes! There is parking on the premises at the front and side of the building (please check signage as rates/ times may vary).

No, you do not need a referral to make an appointment. Families may self-refer to our services. 

Yes, we are seeing clients both in person and virtually. We will speak with you about your individual needs and decide the best approach for your services. We have a screening process upon entering the clinic, to ensure everybody's safety. All staff at Growing Minds are fully vaccinated.
